Poco’s Powerful Phone 16GB RAM 102MP DSLR Like Camera with 6000mah Battery and 67W Charging

I will conduct the review today on the Poco X6 Pro which is the best value for the money according to me. The hardware has been a lot in incremental improvements over the X5 Pro but so many astonishing attributes like a stunning 1.5K AMOLED display, MediaTek’s Dimensity 8300 Ultra chip, an enormous 5,000 mAh battery with 67W turbocharging, plus, so on. So, let’s get into the full unboxing and review.

Unboxing the Poco X6 Pro

Inside the delightfully yellow box, you’ll find the Poco X6 Pro 5G, a 67W power adapter, a USB cable, and a protective case. It’s a well-rounded package that ensures your phone stays safe from harm.

Design Review

One aspect where I am not much impressed was within the design of Poco X6 Pro. From front, skinny bezels beautify the large 6.67-inch screen; but the plastic frame, although metallic in its sheen, feels quite cheap. The back panel is with a plastic surface and smudges fingerprints and, easily delights scratches. However, it comes with a coating of Gorilla Glass 5 and also gets an IP54 splash resistance rating, which is quite good for toughness.

Fingerprint Sensor and Software

The Poco X6 Pro has an in-display optical fingerprint sensor that works flawlessly, along with face unlock for additional security. This model debuts Xiaomi’s Hyper OS, replacing MIUI, which remains largely similar but with behind-the-scenes improvements. Hyper OS feels smooth, energy-efficient, and offers a decent user experience, although it comes with a fair bit of bloatware, some of which can be removed.

Display Quality

Display Quality

The Poco X6 Pro has an AMOLED display that measures 6.67 inches, with a 1.5 K resolution-the result is, of course, crisp visuals, but it also supports HDR10 and Dolby Vision. It was, however, not one of the very brightest, reaching a mere 1,000 nits, which suffice for any outside use. And, of course, refresh rates up to 120 Hz, but we can also have automatic adjustment according to activity.

Audio Performance

The phone offers a stereo speaker setup that delivers loud, clear sound. Though it lacks a headphone jack, Bluetooth audio streaming works perfectly, and Dolby Atmos support ensures a great listening experience.

Performance Review

The Poco X6 Pro performs considerably better than Snapdragon 778G given MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra. Even the hardest games, such as Genshin Impact, run smooth with the highest graphic settings owing to the device’s game turbo mode and also to excellent touch sampling.

Battery Life and Charging

With a 5,000 mAh battery, the Poco X6 Pro gets you through your longest days, and even being quite heavy on it, you might end the day with a third left. It’s got 67W fast charging, so whenever you run low, it’s going to fill up in no time; sadly, there is no wireless charging.

Camera Review

Camera Review

There is a primary 64MP camera with OIS while the secondaries include an 8MP ultra-wide and a macro lens that don’t much improve things. Pictures appear to be quite detailed under good lighting, whereas low light conditions make them appear soft. The ultra-wide and macro are not really worth it in darkness. Video recording reaches 4K, but its quality is standard, as is stabilization and sound recording.

Selfie Camera

The 16MP selfie camera performs adequately, though it struggles in low light, leading to grainy, noisy images. For video, it maxes out at 1080p, providing reasonably crisp visuals in good lighting.

Software and Updates

The Poco X6 Pro runs Hyper OS, which is Xiaomi’s new Android launcher, offering smoother performance and energy efficiency. The phone will receive three OS updates and four years of security updates, though security patches may slow down after the first few years.

Storage

The basic Poco X6 Pro will flaunt 256GB internal memory – double that of most flagship contenders – and my review unit came with 512GB. Although there is no microSD slot, you would likely never need it for this kind of storage.

Conclusion

The Poco X6 Pro is an exceptionally good all-rounder for performance, looks, battery life, and good software support. However, its design, camera, and some software aspects could be refined a bit. Still, it is an excellent super-budget choice to go for. That’s my review of the Poco X6 Pro. It’s a well-rounded device with excellent performance and value for money. Follow for more information on Tech Education.
